Anniston Police have arrested a man on Murder charges, after a fatal shooting on Sunday.
Officers were called to the 300 block of Elm Street – and there is where they found Donald Wayne Gooden, Jr., age 36 of Anniston – with multiple gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center – and died from his injuries. Broderick Tee Burnett, age 26, also of Anniston, was arrested at about 3:25pm Monday on Murder charges.
