Peter Davis, 43 of Decatur, Al., arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.

Mark Hardy, 26 of Fayettville, Tn., arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of theft of property 4th degree, driving with obtaining a drivers license, minor in possession-consumption of alcohol, and 3 counts of obstruction-failure to appear-comply-pay.

Jessica Greeco, 32 of Dallas, Ga., arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of public intoxication.

Jessica Pinion, 29 of Cartersville, Ga., arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of public intoxication.

Kyle Skinner, 35 of Kingston, Ga., arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of 3 counts of Bond Revoked.

Damin Perez, 36 of Leesburg, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of domestic violence 3rd degree and 3 counts of failure to pay on previous charges.

Melissa Gibbs, 35 of Gadsden, arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of DUI.

Early Today 102 inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
