Mr. Erby Luther Shooks Jr. age 57 of Centre passed away Tuesday, May 2nd at Atrium Floyd Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at 12 PM Saturday, May 6th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas Dixon officiating.
Survivors include his girlfriend, Delores Chapman; sisters, Earline Moten and Renee Hightower-Poole; aunts, Sara Barrett and Elizabeth Strickland; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Mr. Shooks was a native of Dallas, Ga. and the son of the late Erby Luther Sr. and Mattie Shooks.
