At around 2:15 on Thursday afternoon a red Corvette left the roadway in Cedar Bluff, near the entrance to the Piggy Wiggly Food Store – and then traveled on the grass for a long distance before coming to rest in the neighboring Dollar General parking lot.
It appears two occupants of the car were hurt in the crash.
It’s still unclear what led to the wreck taking place.
