Law enforcement agencies and fire departments converged on Cedar Bluff just after 1 am today in search of a person who doused himself with a flammable substance according to the report.
He was last seen running along Alabama Avenue.
The search continued until after 4 am when the subject was found at an apartment in Cedar Bluff. There were no injuries reported.
