Hobert Haney, 38 of Summerville, Georgia – Fugitive from Justice

and

John Hardwick, 38 of Louisiana – Display of Child Pornography and Transmitting Obscene Material to a Child (x2).

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 99 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
