David Phillips, 45 of Gaylesville – FTA/TOP 1st;

Randall Lawhorn, age 39 – UPOCS and UPODP;

Dontavious Stubbs, 22 of Leesburg – FTA/UPODP;

Jacob Leek, 22 of Gadsden – FTA/Speeding and FTA/Insurance Violation;

and

Alfonso Morales, 24 of Foley – DUI/Alcohol

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 102 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
