Ronald Russell, 57 of Leesburg – DV 3rd;

Torey Hutchins, age 44 of Gaylesville – UPOM 2nd and UPODP;

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
