Vincent Johnston, 45 of Centre was arrested December 30th at 1:13 AM, charged with two counts of failure to appear by the Centre Police Department.

Billy Haggard, 55 of Piedmont was arrested December 30th at 12:36 AM, charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia by the Centre Police Department.

John King, 40 of Collinsville, was arrested December 29th at 9:42 PM, charged with four counts of failure to appear by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Brenda Westbrook, 54 of Centre, was arrested December 29th at 10:26 AM, charged with criminal mischief 1st degree, and criminal trespass 1st degree by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Shay Smith, 27 of Gadsden, was arrested December 29th, at 4:57 AM, charged with attempting to elude a police officer, and failure to appear by the Centre  Police Department.

James Boyung, 46 of Centre was arrested December 28th, at 8:03 PM, charged with non support by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Sherrie Redd, 48 of Rydial, GA was arrested December 29th at 9:18 AM, and later released at 10:16 AM, charged with assault 3rd degree by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.
