Shedrick Hill, 41 of Centre – DUI;

Kenneth Cooper, 37 of Gaylesville -FTA/No Plainly Visible Tag and Insurance Violation;

Lacy Timmons, 39 of Gaylesville – FTA/Inurance Violation and Driving while Suspended and she was charged with NWNI and Failure to Appear;

Patrick Parden, 35 of Talladega – Bondman off Bond and Failure to Appear;

Ralph Swafford, age 52 of Centre – FTA/Failure to Display Insurance, Expired Tag and Improper Lane Change and Bondsman off Bond;

and

Kristina Davis, age 45 of Cedar Bluff – UPOCS and UPODP

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
