Mr. H.B. “Slim” Cochran age 89 of Centre passed away Saturday December 24th at his residence.
Funeral Services will be 12 PM Thursday, December 29th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Bryant & Rev. Greg Locklear officiating, burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM till the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include his Grandsons & Nephews, honorary pallbearers are Jason green, Cody Henry, Matthew Gowens, Keith Kelly, Daniel Cochran, Adam Cochran, George Waldrop, Myles Railey, Talmadge Givens.
Survivors include wife, Bobbie Cochran; son, Danny (Joan) Cochran; daughter, Vickie (Talmadge) Givens; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, special friends, Jack wood, James Grimes, David DeBerry, Martina Diamond, James Rainey.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Doug Cochran; sisters, Juanita Hightower, Opheia Wilkes, Mary Francis May.
Mr. Cochran was the son of the late Homer & Dovie Cochran and was a native of Cherokee County and was a member of Noah Baptist Church.
