FYFFE – Jacob StClair rang for 27 points, including a 7-of-8 performance from the free-throw line. He also dished out 10 assists to lead the Sand Rock Wildcats to a 90-80 area basketball win at Fyffe.

Kaden Justice tossed in 25 points for the Wildcats (6-2, 3-0). He was a perfect 6-for-6 from the free-throw line. Ben Dale delivered 15 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three blocked shots. Brian Giles contributed nine points. Bradley Jackson came away with eight points and 11 rebounds. Sloan Wood posted nine boards and helped hold Fyffe’s leading scorer to two made baskets and eight free throws.

Sand Rock was aided by a 12-of-14 performance from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter.

The Wildcats host Spring Garden on Tuesday.
