Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Taylor Rochester, age 22 of Leesburg – Burglary 3rd Degree (two counts), CT Enters Remains in Dwelling, Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, Theft of Property 3rd Degree and FTA/Theft of Property 1st Degree;

Amanda Davis, age 42 of Cedartown, Georgia – FTA/Burglary 3rd Degree and FTA/Theft of Property 1st Degree;

and

Brittany Monday, age 31 of Birmingham – Theft of Property 2nd and 3rd DEgree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
