Toby Hulsey, age 43 of Collinsville – Failure to Appear – Driving while Revoked/Speeding/no Plainly Visible Tag/Fleeing and Attempting to Elude;

Heather Bray, age 40 of Centre – Hold for Another Agency;

Sharon Williams, 54 of Collinsville – DUI/Controlled Substance;

and

Lori Blackmon, age 45 of Alexandria – DUI/Alcohol.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
