Lynsey Foster, age 35 of Cave Spring, Georgia – Attempting to Elude;

Cameron McElrath, age 20 of Ft Payne – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Albert Young, age 20 of Albertville – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Roger Brown, 44 of Stockbridge, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlaful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (two counts) Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree;

and

Stormy Brown, age 28 of Scottsboro – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 109 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
