Richard Neese, age 37 of Piedmont – Alias Writ of Arrest. Failure to Appear – No Insurance, Expired Tag and Driving while Revoked;

Jeffery Baldwin, age 37 of Trion, Georgia – HOLD for Another Agency;

Daryl Dawson, age 31 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear, Probation Revocation and Probation Violation;

Elizabeth Vinson, age 45 of Centre – Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Rssisting Arrest;

Gregory Higgins, age 46 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Possesion of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Harlon Gowens, age 29 of Centre – Failure to Appear – Switched Tag, Display of Invalid Insurance and DL Not in Possession.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
