Bryant Henson, age 31 of Tallapoosa – Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia;

Jonathan Walker, age 51 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear/DUI;

Kristy Dickey, age 44 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear/Insurance violation;

Jeremy Garrison, age 39 of Sand Rock – Probation Violation/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

and

Rickey Bonds, age 55 of Centre – Harassment.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
