Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Joseph Hodge, age 27 of Rainsville – n Failure to Appear/Driving while Suspended;

Jaquori Andrews, age 25 of Birmingham – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Jason Nicholson, age 47 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear (two counts);

and

Shirle Reaid, age 48 of Cnetre – Reckless Endangerment.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
