Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jessica Church, age 41 of Rome, Georgia – Fugitive from Justice;

Alan Wilson, age 22 of Centre – Attempting to Elude, Reckless Endangerment (two counts) and Resisting Arrest;

David Dunaway, age 33 of Wellington – Bond Revocation;

David Johnson, age 35 of Fairfield – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia along with Driving while Suspended and Lane Change without Proper Signal;

and Jennie Rescino, age 37 of Centre – Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, Theft of Property 4th Degree and Disorderly Conduct.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
