Cherokee County Arrest Files:

James Wainwright, 55 of Collinsville – Failure to Appear/Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Joshua Langley, age 28 of Gaylesville – Possession of Tax-Paid Alcoholic Beverages for Private Use;

Zack Adams, 45 of Hokes Bluff – Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication;

and

Amanda Hickman, age 37 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
