Ronald Davis, age 32 (No Address Listed) – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Cindy Cantu, age 34 of Kingston, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Giving False ID to Law Enforcement;

Windell Alford, age 32 of Rome, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Donald Roberts, age 64 of Scottsboro – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia along with Tampering with Evidence

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty
