Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Phillip Perry, age 57 of Piedmont – Court Order;

Hubert Perry, age 36 of Centre – DUI, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Reckless Endangerment and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle;

and

Justin Mathis, age 19 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrest are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
