Kaley Brown, age 29 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Ricky Willyard, age 36 of Ft Payne – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Kimberly Coheley, age 48 of Centre – Failure to Appear;

Earl Williams, age 49 of Piedmont – DUI/Alcohol;

Dana Terry, age 49 of Leesburg – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Thomas Washington, age 31 of Centre – Theft of Property 1st Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
