Nocola Whitmore, 44 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Michael Clackum, 38 of Cedartown, Georgia – Theft of Property 2nd Degree;

Larry Brannon, age 58 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

John Usry, age 69 of Gadsden – Grand Jury Indictment/Theft by Deception 1st Degree;

Kimbery Carothers, age 46 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/Theft by Deception 3rd Degree;

and

David Hunter, 42 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Switched Tag and an Insurance Violation;

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
