Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Christopher McGatha, age 34 of Centre – Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft of Property 1st Degree;

and

David Bone, age 47 of Sand Rock – Failure to Appear.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
