Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Summer Phillips, age 31 of Sand Rock, along with Harlon Gowens, age 28 and Rhonda McGee, 51, both of Centre – all three were charged with Possession of Dangerous Drugs; meanwhile Aaron Whorton, age 45 of Centre and Kendra Crane, 28 of Collinsville, were each charged with Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Jason Phillips, age 49 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

William Phillips, age 44 of Altoona – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Hazel Burgess, age 60 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear/Driving while Suspended;

Jason Hamilton, age 42 of Leesburg – Alias Writ of Arrest and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Billy Hunter, age 37 of Cedar Bluff – Court Order;

Gabriel Dixon, age 19 of Leesburg – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Katie Carver, age 30 of Cedar Bluff – Grand Jury Indictment/Theft of Property 3rd Degree

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
