Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Marcus Freeman, age 38 of Centre – HOLD for Another Agency;

and

Katie DeLevie, age 27 of Gadsden; Megan Bartley, 31 of Glendale, Georgia; and Richard Poole, age 37 of Rome, Georgia – Fugitive from Justice.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 76 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
