Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Desmond Brown, age 29 of Rome, Georgia – Capital Murder/Two or More Victims;

Teresa Hickman, age 53 of Cedar Bluff – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Seth Warren, age 18 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

Brad Rowland, age 44 of Centre – Probation Violation and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay (seven counts)

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 74 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
