Charges have been filed in connection with a deadly wreck occurring in Floyd County last Monday (August 23rd).
Police say a 2007 Ford F-150, driven by 62 year old Kenneth Tudor of Gaylesville, left Livingston Road and struck a tree. A passenger in the vehicle, Shawna Kelley, age 62, also of Gaylesville, sustained fatal injuries.
Tudor was arrested Saturday at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, and was charged with felony 1st-degree vehicular homicide, DUI, open container, failure to maintain a lane, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
