Johnny Brown, age 33 of Gaylesville – Driving under the Influence/Alcohol;

Colton Crisler, age 26 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear/Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay

and

Scott Curtis, age 31 of Dawson – Theft/Miscellaneous (two counts)

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
