Shannon Bogardus, age 40 of Dallas, Georgia – Failure to Appear/Probation Revocation;

Joshua Renfro, age 44 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Theft of Property 2nd Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Jeremy Wofford, age 44 of Ft Payne – Bond Revocation;

Misty Mathis, age 38 of Piedmont – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree;

and

Phillip McCollom, age 45 of Rome, Georgia – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Switched Tag.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
