Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Brandy Leigh Ann Durham, age 32 of Chattooga County, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Kenneth Ray Cooper, Jr., age 35 of Chattooga County, Georgia – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of No Insurance;

Justin DeWayne Lambert, age 30 of Centre – Public Intoxication;

and

Paul Bryan Wilson, age 35 of Centre – Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
