Cherokee County Arrest Files:

George Darrin Middleton, age 54 of Lancaster, Kentucky – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Tra Micael Denzell Culbertson, age 28 of Piedmont – Grand Jury Indictment/Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree and Failure to appear on previous charges of Receiving Stolen Property 4th Degree (two counts) and Certain Persons Forbidden to Carry a Pistol;

Bobby Shane Hudgins, age 37 of Rome, georgia – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Daryl Lee Dawson, age 30 of Gaylesville – Bondsman off Bond on charges of Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft of Property 1st and 2nd Degree – and Failure to Appear on the same charges;

and

Victor Manuel Cervantes, age 28 of Gadsden – Grand Jury Indictments for Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Burglary 3rd Degree and Promoting Prison Contraband.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 85 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
