Austin Shane Morrison, age 22 of Leesburg – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Pistol without a Permit in addition to Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while Suspended;

Javaun Dexter Wright, age 25 of Jacksonville – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Matthew Dylan Warren, age 27 of Collinsville – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts)

Donna Delana Rutledge, age 57 of Leesburg – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Jarred Austin Kent, age 23 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Alec Heath Brogdon, age 19 of Aragon, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and a Violation of the Prohibition Law;

and

Donna Summerville Robinson, age 45 of Cedartown, Georgia – Violation of the Prohibition Law.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
