Brian Harris Cowser, age 43 of Centre – Elder Abuse;

Stacey Michelle Stephens, age 40 of Ft Payne – Bond Revocation;

Lily Ann Alsabrook, age 21 of Centre – Probation Violation;

Gregory Don Higgins, age 45 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Attempting to Elude and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while Revoked;

and

Timothy Neil Killian, age 64 of Centre – Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
