Jeremy Ray Maxwell, age 23 of Gaylesville – Probation Violation;

Patrick John Spagnola, age 47 of Mableton, Georgia – Hold for Another Agency;

Stephanie Nicole Smith, age 25 of Rome, Georgia – Bond Revocation;

Sonya Leigh Price, age 36 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Criminal Trespass 1st Degree;

Jaylin Davion Arnold, age 21 of Louisville, Kentucky – Illegal Possession of Credit/Debit Card, Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card and Identity Theft;

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
