An Alabama man is facing drug charges in northwest Georgia, after allegedly refusing to cooperate with medical professionals at Redmond Regional Medical Center. James Ronald Haggard III, age 34 of Elmore – was arrested at Redmond in Rome after the refusal, which led to him being restrained.
Officers stated that he was found with a baggie of suspected methamphetamine.
Haggard has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Obstruction of Emergency Medical Professionals.
