Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Melissa Mae Winslow, age 29 of Cedar Bluff – Theft of Property 4th Degree

and

Jaylin Davion Arnold, age 21 of Louisville, Kentucky and Andrew William Hush, age 20 of Centre – each charged with two counts of Theft by Deception 1st Degree.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court or law.

Currently there are 68 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
