Christian John Williamson, age 25 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Nekelen Jaquan Woods, age 18 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictments on Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and Theft of Property 2nd Degree (two counts) and charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Willie James Gidley, age 43 of Gadsden – Court Order;

Joshua DWayne Bailey, age 20 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Robert Chase Bailey, age 19 of Piedmont and Victor Grayson Acrey, age 18 of Cedar Bluff – same charges;

Heather Nicole Dawson, age 30 and Christopher Ross Dawson, age 32, both of Piedmont – each charged with Attempting to Elude;

and

Tyler Shane McKnight, age 23 of Sand Rock – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and State Health Order Violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 66 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
