Danny Lee Barnett, age 61 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instruments;

Michelle Lynn McCullough, age 40 of Rainsville – Bond Revocation;

Justin Wayne Bushard, age 29 of Oneaonta – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Trafficking Methamphetamine, Attempting to Elude and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Nicholas J. Silvers, age 37 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Expired License and an Insurance Violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 74 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
