Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Merissa Skylar Mobbs, age 33 of Centre – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Nathan Levi Mayhall, age 39 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (four counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (three Counts);

Devin Scott Speakman, age 24 of Collinsville – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and a Bond Revocation;

and

Kevin Bradley Frost, age 36 of Oneonta – DUI.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 65 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
