Cherokee County Arrest Report:

Brian Stephen Stitts, age 19 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while Suspended;

Jonathon Matthew Nicholson, age 33 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while Revoked;

Hazel Marie Tucker, age 32 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree;

and

Gary Lionell Smith, age 46 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a previous Insurance Violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
