In the Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Alex Lee Potts, age 39 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree and Felon in Possession of a Firearm;

Cody Shon Reeves, age 25 of Ball Ground, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (three counts), Carrying a Pistol without a Permit, Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm, and Possession of Brass Knuckles;

Jennifer Nicole Langston, age 35 of Rome, Georgia – Forgery 2nd Degree/Counterfeiting

and

Jeremy Kenneth Blair, age 40 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 76 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
