In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for Tuesday:

Hannah Kaitlin Elrod, age 28 of Menlo, Georgia – Theft of Property 4th Degree and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Daniel Shane Pittman, age 36 of Cedar Bluff – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Appear on prior charges of Public Intoxication;

Billy Chad Hunter, age 36 of Center – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (three counts);

Rebecca Rowland taylor, age 60 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (three counts);

Katherine Atenor, age 20 of Huntsville – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Trafficking Amphetamine and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit;

and

Ricardo Diaz, age 22 of Ft Payne – Assault 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 81 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
