Those arrested locally on Monday included:

Kellia Shay Crider, age 38 of Gaylesville – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Johnny Ray Fontana, age 50 of Centre – Court Order;

Jamie Lester Ball, age 30 of Centre – Court Order;

and

Logan Cole Bonds, age 27 of Rome, Georgia – Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Assault 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 81 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
