Piedmont Police Officers seized 1.6 G of Heroin, 9 Suboxone Sublingual Films, Multiple Syringes some used and also still loaded with Heroin and $4,225 cash at a location on Vigo Rd. just across the Chief Ladiga Trail.

According to Piedmont Police Chief Freddie Norton, those arrested were –

Tracy Brent Shell – Possession of Controlled Substance (Heroin), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Joshua Eugene Webb – Possession of Controlled Substance x2(Heroin, Suboxone), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Penny Jarrells O’dell – Possession of Controlled Substance (Heroin), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
