Cherokee County Arrest File for Saturday:

Robert Keith McMurtrey age 48 from Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

Jaclyn Suzann Derochea 41 of Hokes Bluff – Failure to Appear on the prior charge of Driving while suspended.

These arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 118 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
