The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) announced on Friday the arrest of the individual involved in a hit and run incident at the Rock The South Music Festival in Cullman.

40 year old Kevin Michael Talley of Cullman was arrested on Friday for Felony Leaving the scene of that accident back on June 1; the crash injured a pedestrian in the area of the “Rock the South” event.

ALEA troopers obtained a warrant for Talley’s arrest after receiving a tip from a private citizen. The crash occurred on Cullman County 469. Evidence from the scene were a match to the 2006 Chevrolet Silverado owned by Talley.

Troopers had been seeking information about the suspect for the past two weeks

The arrest was made at the Cullman County Sheriff’s office after Talley turned himself in. Following the arrest, Talley was placed in the Cullman County Jail and no bond has been set. No additional information is available for release at this time as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.
