Four Arrested On Drug Charges In Etowah County

Four individuals have been arrested for drug related charges in Etowah County, according to Commander Randall Johnson.

*Gregory Marcus Snow, 21, of Gadsden, is charged with Drug Trafficking and four (4) counts of distribution of a controlled substance.

*Joshua Duncan, 20, of Gadsden, is charged with Unlawful Possession of Certain Chemical Compounds.

*Samantha Diane Douglas, 40, of Gadsden, is charged with Unlawful Possession of Certain Chemical Compounds.

*Charlie Danielle Bohannon, 20, of Gadsden, is charged with one (1) count of Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

On May 3, 2019 Agents executed a search warrant at a residence at N. 4th Place, Gadsden, AL, 35901. Agents found approximately 67 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana in the bedroom where SNOW was located. Duncan and Bohannon were each found with a small quantity of suspected synthetic marijuana on their person. The search warrant was based on drug sales from the residence.

*Snow was arrested and is being held in the Etowah County Jail on a $70,000 bond.

*Duncan was arrested and is being held in the Etowah County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

*Douglas was arrested and is being held in the Etowah County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

*Bohannon was arrested and released from the Etowah County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

This investigation is still ongoing and the subjects could face additional state and federal charges related to the firearm and drugs seized.

The Etowah County Drug Enforcement Unit, Gadsden Police Department, Alabama National Guard Counterdrug Program, and FBI Safe Streets Task Force participated in the case.
