An Etowah County woman is currently facing Child Endangerment charges – after admitting to using methamphetamine and smoking marijuana while pregnant.
Her newborn also tested positive for the same drugs.
26 year old Ashley Starr Alford-Ramos of Altoona is currently lodged in the Etowah County Detention Center, being held on bond of $10,000.
She is also being detained for the Attalla Police Department and a probation violation.
